POLICIES:
Wholesale Customers are defined as industry professionals who have a valid business license and a valid nursery dealers license.
In addition, wholesale customers are subject to a minimum order of $250. 
A valid Sales Tax Registration number is required to purchase plants without sales tax. Sales Tax will be added, otherwise.
Delivery: Delivery may be available to some areas in north Georgia. Price for delivery will depend on the size of the order and the distance of the delivery.
Contract Orders: Specialty Ornamentals will custom grow or propagate orders. 25% deposit required. Please ask for custom propagation schedules and pricing.
Booked Orders: Orders made without deposit will be held for no more than one week. A 25% deposit is required on booked orders held longer than one week. Please note: We offer a deposit as a means of securing the first right to purchase plants as soon as they are ready. However, this deposit does not constitute a guarantee for these plants. The deposit does not imply when plants will be ready, nor that multiple reservations will be ready all at once. The deposit also does not guarantee that finished plants will be held indefinitely. Deposit will be forfeited if customer substantially changes order.
Guarantees: Our plants are guaranteed to be true to name, and in good condition when they leave the nursery. No other guarantee- implied or explicit- exists.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice, and this price list cancels any other prices, published or unpublished. Terms and conditions may change without notice.10/01/10
